I use Google Calendar to keep track of the things I want to do. So, after I finish doing the things, I will delete it, but somehow it doesn’t feel right. If I want to look back over the past month and reflect on the things I do, I can’t, because I already deleted the events. So, I need a way to archive the events that I have done in Google Calendar.
The way I do it is, I create another calendar called “Archive”, solely to keep track of things I have done. I will change the event into archive calendar from my main calendar after I finished doing it instead of deleting it. Now, I just have to show my archive calendar to see what I have done in the past, and hide it when I want to focus on the things I have not yet done.
